Ditch the workout, join the party! Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness class that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. Each class provides a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. All fitness levels are welcome. The passionate and explosive Latin and international music rhythms motivate participants to dance their hearts out in a high energy, non-intimidating atmosphere. No dance experience required!

Tuesday Night Bootcamp
This group fitness class is for men and women that are looking for a great workout, a fast way to get in shape and have fun doing it! A challenging class where you are in charge of how hard you want to push yourself, and modifications are always available. The class uses a combination of hand weights, circuit training and body weight exercises to sculpt your body and increase fitness levels. Runners, a water bottle and a yoga mat are required.

Fall Session of Early AM Bootcamp
Classes are circuit-based and will include some cardio, some strength conditioning and some High Intensity Interval Training. Please do not be put off by the term High Intensity….we can adjust exercises to suit your level of fitness. Challenge your muscles in different ways, improve muscular strength, cardio capacity and get an AWESOME start to your day!

Yoga with Bev
A gentle Yoga class for people looking to improve their overall well-being. Props are used to support students to help achieve proper alignment in the poses. All levels are welcome.
Yoga is a journey! Join us and have fun while doing something for yourself. Reduce Anxiety and Stress, restore and improve sleep. Yoga mat is required.
