Winter Session of Early AM Bootcamp

Classes are circuit-based and will include some cardio, some strength conditioning and some High Intensity Interval Training. Please do not be put off by the term High Intensity….we can adjust exercises to suit your level of fitness. Challenge your muscles in different ways, improve muscular strength, cardio capacity and get an AWESOME start to your day!

Class time: 5:45 am – 6:45 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Dates: January 8th – March 2nd (no class Feb 19th)


  • 2 classes/week (14 classes) $150

Yoga with Bev

A gentle Yoga class for people looking to improve their overall well-being. Props are used to support students to help achieve proper alignment in the poses. All levels are welcome.
Yoga is a journey! Join us and have fun while doing something for yourself. Reduce Anxiety and Stress, restore and improve sleep. Yoga mat is required.

Ashtanga Yoga

Intermediate level

Ashtanga yoga is an energetic style of yoga, linking breath with movement as you flow through a set sequence of poses. This class will improve your strength and flexibility and release you stress. Great for participants who have some yoga experience.

Women and Weights

Resistance training for women is an important way to improve your physical and mental health! Build strength and confidence in this class, designed to improve muscular and cardiovascular strength that can tone the body and increase your metabolism. Using a variety of equipment, this is a challenging class where you are in charge of how hard you want to push yourself. Modifications are always available and each participant is encouraged to work at their own level.

Ditch the workout, join the party! Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness class that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. Each class provides a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. All fitness levels are welcome. The passionate and explosive Latin and international music rhythms motivate participants to dance their hearts out in a high energy, non-intimidating atmosphere. No dance experience required!
