Pembina Active Living (55+) is always trying to provide its members with ways to enhance their lives, so we have started 2017 off with a health based series of cooking lessons. Make no mistake, this is no dour lecture on what you should eat.
Jessica Wylychenko is a personable and creative registered dietitian, and she brings healthy living to a new level! Jessica provides a fun, activity based class where you can meet and mingle, prepare and eat nutritious menu items that are fit for company, and join in ad hoc discussions about recipe variations, products, and sharing of ideas.

Early AM Bootcamp
Classes are circuit-based and will include some cardio, some strength conditioning and some High Intensity Interval Training. Please do not be put off by the term High Intensity….we can adjust exercises to suit your level of fitness. Challenge your muscles in different ways, improve muscular strength, cardio capacity and get an AWESOME start to your day!
Love to sing? Act? Dance? How about all 3?
Musical Theatre Mania is a new class being offered by the Whyte Ridge Community Centre this winter that will challenge students by combining all 3 of these art forms into one. Students will have the opportunity to hone their skills while developing self-confidence and stage presence.
