Shake off the winter blues and come join us for the Spring Session of Early AM Bootcamp!
Classes are circuit-based and will include some cardio, some strength conditioning and some High Intensity Interval Training. Please do not be put off by the term High Intensity….we can adjust exercises to suit your level of fitness. Challenge your muscles in different ways, improve muscular strength, cardio capacity and get an AWESOME start to your day!

Days: March 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22 (NO CLASSES OVER SPRING BREAK), April 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 24, 26 (NO CLASS ON GOOD FRIDAY)
