Your first invitation to check in with Pembina Active Living (55+) came in the spring of 2019.

PAL (55+) is persistent; so no procrastination with your second invitation which incidentally includes new programs and events, acknowledging our 10th Anniversary. PAL (55+) makes a commitment to each PAL (55+) member, a commitment to provide choices of opportunities that promote socializing, learning, maintaining the health you have, and smiling.
If you missed the Annual Membership Picnic on August 20th at the St. Norbert Farmers’ Market, there is the opportunity to learn about ‘all things PAL’ at the Open House on September 5th from 9:30-4 at Grace Christian Church, 50 Barnes St. (behind Superstore on Pembina Hwy). There will be class demonstrations, lots of information, and the opportunity to become a member for $20-single, $30-couple.
And once your interest is tweaked, you can choose to buy a ticket for a great social event, The Wine Pairing Evening on September 26th, 7-9 pm at Riverwood Square; $25 provides a donation receipt, with fun attached…sipping wine, eating hors d’oeuvres, dancing and visiting. 5th Annual-tickets often scarce.
PAL (55+) is proud to acknowledge 2019 as our 10th anniversary. One innovation is the new Flex Pass. For those members who travel or simply cannot commit to a weekly time, the Flex Pass (no expiration) may be for you. Contact PAL (55+) to hear about this great offer.

To keep abreast of the latest news, please find the PAL (55+) website or Facebook or subscribe to our regular email by contacting the office after September 5.
