Hello Whyte Ridge and Linden Ridge! The past few months have been proactive. Our Fundraising Director Sandeep Singh has been busy implementing the new fundraising opportunities now available for businesses and individuals looking to partner with Whyte Ridge.
Notably, one initiative of his was featured in the Winnipeg Free Press on Aug 20th, 2021. As Sandeep on behalf of the WRCC had taken to the streets of Whyte Ridge to hand-deliver 129 succulent plants to residents. This was his idea of re-sparking the community engagement and becoming familiar with the neighbourhood.
Sandeep firmly believes times have been tough for many, and this was a simple yet effective way to put smiles on people’s faces. Moreover, this allowed me for becoming a familiar face of the WRCC, and to learn more about the community’s thought process on how to better the area going forward.
Sandeep’s main objective with the WRCC is to make it easy for organizations and individuals to be showcased and brought into the spotlight, ensuring sponsors receive maximum exposure in the
