Ashtanga Yoga - 12 weeks

Ashtanga yoga is an energetic class, linking breath with movement as we flow through a set sequence of poses. This class will improve your strength and flexibility and release tension. This class is good for those with some yoga experience.
This session has no classes between Sept 28 and October 18th. Let me know if you’d rather join the class starting in October.
Thursdays, 7:00 pm – 8:15 pm
September 7 – 28th, October 19 – December 7th (12 weeks total)
Cost: $180 in person, $168 online
