Fitness rebels of any age and every stage are welcome to join the band!
POUND workouts combine cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements as you pound out the beat with a pair of weighted drumsticks. Channel your inner rockstar as you lose yourself to the beat.

Here is what you need to know:
• Class size will be limited to 9 participants
• Classes MAY be held outdoors, weather permitting
• A YOGA MAT IS REQUIRED (Dollarama sells them for $4).
• You must reserve your spot via picktime.
• Classes are Mondays 7:45pm – 8:45pm, Sept 12 – Dec 19 (no class Thanksgiving Monday)
• Cost of class is $10 per class
