Early AM Bootcamp
The next session of this Bootcamp starts Monday, May 8th!!!
Classes are circuit-based and will include some cardio, some strength conditioning and some High Intensity Interval Training. Please do not be put off by the term High Intensity….we can adjust exercises to suit your level of fitness. Challenge your muscles in different ways, improve muscular strength, cardio capacity and get an AWESOME start to your day! Once it gets warmer and lighter, we will be taking some classes outside to enjoy the fresh morning air.
Class time: 5:45 am – 6:45 am

Cost: 2 classes/week (14 classes for this session) $140
