Cheerleading focuses on strength, balance and flexibility, all of which skills will be coached and advanced though this program. This recreational Cheerleading team will be mainly learning how to stunt. Cheerleading dance and jumps will come after but minimum tumbling will be taught. Stunts, in this age group, range from basic two-legged stunts to two-legged extended stunts and tosses. There are numerous variations of each stunt. At the end of this program participants will take part in a fun team performance that involves everything they had learned. Maximum of 20 students.
