Ditch the workout, join the party! Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness class that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. Each class provides a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. All fitness levels are welcome. The passionate and explosive Latin and international music rhythms motivate participants to dance their hearts out in a high energy, non-intimidating atmosphere. No dance experience required!
