This year’s Whyte Ridge Summer Carnival was a fantastic celebration of community spirit, sunshine, and fun! Families from across the neighbourhood came out to enjoy an afternoon filled with games, delicious food, lively music, and plenty of laughter.
The kids’ zone was bustling with activity, bubble soccer, carnival games, MyGym play structure, glitter tattoo and crafts that brought big smiles to little faces. The Mascots were a huge it, Buzz even winning a game of connect 4. The food stand was a hit, Sobeys Kenaston not only donated ALL the food, but spent the day cooking and serving. Summertime favourites hot dogs, chips and drinks kept everyone fueled for the day’s activities. Live entertainment by Red Road Music Company added energy and excitement, creating the perfect backdrop to a joyful afternoon. Red Road Music also donated our door prize.
One of the highlights was seeing friends, families, and neighbours come together, reconnect, and create lasting memories. The carnival truly showcased the heart of Whyte Ridge—community, connection, and fun for all ages.
