Engineering For Kids help children uncover the excitement and adventure in the world of science, technology, engineering and math. The programs develop children’s creativity and boost their STEM skills, all the while having a blast!
Over 10 weeks, students will explore 5 different disciplines of engineering. Fun for new and returning students alike, each session ends with a take-home item built in class under instructor guidance, with opportunity to modify designs for students looking for an extra challenge! This 60-minute class allows plenty of time to really explore the science behind the projects. Parents are welcome to stay for the class, or to drop students off and pick up at the end of class time.
This class is broken into two parts with no repeated content. Anyone is welcome to register for either part 1, part 2, or both.
This class is intended for ages 6-11.
