Classes are circuit-based and will include some cardio, some strength conditioning and some High Intensity Interval Training. Please do not be put off by the term High Intensity….we can adjust exercises to suit your level of fitness. Challenge your muscles in different ways, improve muscular strength, cardio capacity and get an AWESOME start to your day!
Class time: 5:45 am – 6:45 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Dates: Monday, November 6th to Friday, December 22nd
- 2 classes/week (14 classes) $130
- 3 classes/week (20 classes) $180
