POUND workouts combine cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements as you pound out the beat with a pair of weighted drumsticks. Channel your inner rockstar as you lose yourself to the beat. Drop in for a class or parents try POUND with your teen.

Mondays, 8:00pm – 9:00pm
March 6 – May 8, 2023 (No class on April 10)
Cost: $10 per class or $75 for 9 sessions
