Classes will include some cardio, some strength conditioning and some High Intensity Interval Training. Please do not be put off by the term High Intensity….we can adjust exercises to suit your level of fitness. Challenge your muscles in different ways, improve muscular strength, cardio capacity and get an AWESOME start to your day!
Class time: 5:45 am – 6:45 am
March 5th – April 27th (no classes the week of March 26th, no class on April 6th)
Cost:
2 classes/week (14 classes for this session) $130
3 classes/week (20 classes for this session) $180
