INTRODUCING STRONG 30™/ZUMBA30
The class consists of 2 parts:
- The first 30 minutes is a version of a strong nation class, it has no dancing but awesome music, we are punching, kicking, squatting, planking to the kick-ass beat. It’s high-intensity interval training (HITT) using our own body weight so we will gain strength, and tone our bodies like going to the gym but way more fun
- 30 mins Zumba dance fitness fiesta! Shake shimmy and groove to irresistible Latin and world rhythms,

Please bring a yoga mat and fingerless workout gloves for floor exercises.
