Strong Bones, Strong Bodies for Osteoporosis is a supportive, empowering workshop designed for individuals with osteoporosis or osteopenia who want to understand their bones and move with confidence.
This session blends clear, easy-to-understand education with guided movement to help participants learn what osteoporosis truly is (and isn’t), why strength and impact matter, and how fear-based advice can actually hold us back. Participants will explore practical strategies for building bone strength, improving balance and posture, and making informed choices around movement, nutrition, stress, and daily habits. The workshop concludes with a gentle, strength-based movement experience where participants safely practice key concepts in their bodies, leaving with greater confidence, clarity, and tools they can use in everyday life.
The workshop is led by Candace Csordas, a fitness instructor, personal trainer, yoga instructor, and workshop facilitator with over 26 years of experience supporting individuals in building strength, resilience, and long-term wellness.
