Weight Loss Beyond 50 — and How to Keep It Off is for women who feel frustrated, confused, or discouraged by weight changes in midlife and are done with dieting, restriction, or extremes. This workshop offers a realistic, compassionate approach to weight loss after 50, explaining why “trying harder” often backfires and what actually supports sustainable change now.

Participants will learn how stress, sleep, hormones, muscle loss, and daily habits influence weight, and how to build simple, repeatable patterns that fit real life without tracking, pressure, or perfection. Participants leave feeling relieved, hopeful, and clear about what to do next.

The workshop is led by Candace Csordas, a fitness instructor, personal trainer, yoga instructor, and workshop facilitator with over 26 years of experience, who also brings firsthand insight from her own successful midlife weight-loss and maintenance journey.
